Marshall Dougherty

Executive Vice President

Marshall Dougherty is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in both the military and private sectors. He currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at enxchange.

His extensive experience includes a 32-year service in the U.S. Army, where he held various leadership roles, including Senior Representative of the Secretary of Defense, planning and coordinating Department of Defense support in a four-state FEMA region.

​

Dougherty's military career was marked by a focus on leadership, people, and technology, with notable positions such as Chief of Staff in the Republic of Korea, Brigade Commander in Fort Knox, KY, and Fort Benning, GA, and Battalion Commander in Iraq and Fort Lewis, WA. He is also recognized for his valor in combat as a decorated veteran.

In addition to his operational roles, Dougherty has been involved in venture capital, investing in and growing early-stage technology companies. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics and Operations Research from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a Level III Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Candidate.
