With a career spanning various industries including electric utilities, technology, construction, and consulting for Fortune 1000 corporations, Hefner has established himself as a seasoned professional renowned for his expertise in driving strategy and operations to exceed customer expectations and drive shareholder value. Prior to joining enxchange as one of the original Board Directors, Hefner held senior partner positions at prestigious firms such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, Conner Partners, and The Palladium Group, as well as serving as Founder and CEO of Power Navigation.
Hefner's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business & Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Long Beach State. His solid foundation equips him to tackle complex organizational challenges and drive meaningful change in the energy management sector.
